শনি ও রবিবার বিধান ভবনে শুরু হয়েছে প্রদেশ কংগ্রেসের বিশেষ কর্মশালা। তৃণমূল ও বিজেপির মোকাবিলায় জতীয় কংগ্রেসের রাজ্য শাখা কোন পথে চলবে তারই রূপরেখা নিয়ে দলের বাছাই করা নেতা-কর্মীদের সামনে ব্যাখ্যা করেন প্রশিক্ষণ বিভাগের ভারপ্রাপ্ত নেতা তথা প্রাক্তন সাংসদ দেবপ্রসাদ রায়।
এই দুই দিনের কর্মশালায় প্রথম দিনে বিভিন্ন জেলার পর্যবেক্ষকরা তাঁদের রিপোর্ট পেশ করেন। সংগঠন, রাজনীতি এবং অন্য দলের সঙ্গে কিভাবে যৌথ আন্দোলন হবে সেইসব বিষয়ে আলোচনা হয়েছে বলে জানা গিয়েছে। আগামীকাল প্রদেশ কংগ্রেসের নেতাদের ৪ টি বিভাগে ভাগ করে নির্দিষ্ট বিষয় নিয়ে আলোচনা হওয়ার কথা। প্রদেশ কংগ্রেস সভাপতি সোমেন মিত্র, সাংসদ প্রদীপ ভট্টাচার্য সহ রাজ্য কংগ্রেসের শীর্ষ নেতারা কর্মশালায় উপস্থিত ছিলেন।
