বিকাশ সাহাঃ ফের ছাত্র সংঘর্ষে উত্তপ্ত উত্তর দিনাজপুর জেলার রায়গঞ্জ ইউনিভার্সিটি। ইউনিভার্সিটি চত্বরে চলল ব্যাপক গোলাগুলি ও বোমাবাজি। এদিন বৃহস্পতিবার দুপুরে রায়গঞ্জ ইউনিভার্সিটিতে স্নাতক ও স্নাতকোত্তরস্তরে ভর্তি প্রক্রিয়ার কাজ চলছিল। হটাত করে ছাত্র পরিষদ ও তৃনমূল ছাত্র পরিষদের কথাকাটাকাটি থেকে সংঘর্ষের রূপ নেয়। ইউনিভার্সিটি ক্যাম্পাসের মধ্যে যথেচ্ছ ভাবে কয়েক রাউন্ড গুলি ও বোমাবাজি চলে। লাঠি হাতে ছাত্র নেতাদের দাপাদাপি করতে দেখা যায়। বোমার শব্দ ও ধোঁয়ায় আতঙ্কিত হয়ে পরে ইউনিভার্সিটির অধ্যাপক, অধ্যাপিকা থেকে সাধারণ ছাত্র ছাত্রীরা। তারা ইউনিভার্সিটি কাম্পাস থেকে প্রাণ বাঁচাতে দৌড়ে বাইরে বাড়িয়ে আসে। ছাত্র পরিষদের অভিযোগ তৃনমূল ছাত্র পরিষদ ইউনিভার্সিটি ক্যাম্পাসে তান্ডব চালালেও পুলিশ ছিল নিস্ক্রিয়। উল্টে ছাত্র পরিষদের উপর পুলিশ লাঠিচার্জ করে বলে অভিযোগ। ছাত্র পরিষদের আনা সমস্ত অভিযোগ অস্বীকার করে তৃনমূল ছাত্র পরিষদ।
ছাত্র পরিষদের জেলা সভাপতি নব্যেন্দু ঘোষ বলেন, প্রতিদিনের মতো এদিনও ইউনিভার্সিটিতে ছাত্র ছাত্রীরা নিজেদের কাজকর্মে ব্যাস্ত ছিল। তৃনমূল ছাত্র পরিষদের বহিরাগতরা কলেজে ঢুকে ছাত্র পরিষদের নেতা অনিরুদ্ধ সাহা সহ আমাদের বেশ কয়েকজনকে মারতে শুরু করে। ফলে আমরা দৌড়ে পালিয়ে যেতে গেলে আমাদের লক্ষ্য করে তৃনমূল ছাত্র পরিষদের সদস্যরা গুলি চালায় ও বোমা ছোঁড়ে।
তৃনমূল ছাত্র পরিষদের জেলা সভাপতি অজয় সরকার বলেন, তৃনমূল ছাত্র পরিষদের পড়ুয়া ছাত্ররা রায়গঞ্জ ইউনিভার্সিটিতে গেলে ছাত্র পরিষদের বহিরাগতগুন্ডারা আমাদের উপর হামলা চালায়। তৃনমূল ছাত্র পরিষদের সংগঠন রায়গঞ্জ ইউনিভার্সিটিতে শক্তিশালী হচ্ছে। তাই ছাত্র পরিষদ সন্ত্রাস করে ইউনিভার্সিটি দখলে রাখতে চাইছে। আমাদের প্রাণে মেরে ফেলার জন্য ছাত্র পরিষদের বহিরাগতগুন্ডারা আমাদের লক্ষ্য করে বোমা, গুলি ছুড়েছে। আমরা ইউনিভার্সিটি থেকে পালিয়ে বেঁচেছি।
