K jadav I.P.S with a view to see personal devotion of work , system of as the work culture of the District is called Model District CoochBehar & Now upgradation of work culture .

Mr . Ulganathan Spoken to News Reporter’s that it was a routine visit & try to make realisation to staff about response of duty by devoting more duties to the people of CoochBehar .
On Joining duties in CoochBehar he trying to develope by changing some work system .The Chief Minister West Bengal also praised like CoohBehar Model made by the officer who an untiring worker devoted to develop a remote district CoochBehar
