বিকাশ সাহাঃ বধু হত্যার দায়ে স্বামী ও ভাসুর সহ আরও এক নিকট আত্মীয়কে গ্রেপ্তার করলো কালিয়াগঞ্জ থানার পুলিশ। বৃহস্পতিবার রাতে উত্তর দিনাজপুর জেলার কালিয়াগঞ্জ ব্লকের অন্তর্গত লক্ষ্মীপুর এলাকায় অবস্থিত নিজ বাড়ি থেকে গ্রেপ্তার করে স্বামী গৌতম বর্মণ, ভাসুর বাবলু বর্মণ ও এক নিকট আত্মীয় অজয় বর্মণকে। উল্লেখ্য গত ১৫ ই জুলাই বুধবার সকালে লক্ষ্মীপুর গ্রামের এক পুকুর থেকে ভাসমান গৃহবধু মুক্তি বর্মণের(২৫) মৃতদেহ উদ্ধার করে পুলিশ। এরপরেই পুলিশ তদন্তে নেমে এই তিনজনকে গ্রেপ্তার করে। পুলিশ সুত্রে জানাযায়, গত ২০১০ সালে কালিয়াগঞ্জ থানার অন্তর্গত বুড়িডাঙ্গির বাসিন্দা মুক্তির সঙ্গে বিয়ে হয় গৌতম বর্মণের। তাঁদের দুই সন্তান রয়েছে। বিয়ের পর থেকেই পারিবারিক অশান্তি চলছিল স্বামী স্ত্রীর মধ্যে। গত ১৩ তারিখ রাতে লক্ষ্মীপুর গ্রামের গৃহবধু মুক্তি বর্মণ প্রকৃতির ডাকে প্রাতকর্ম করতে বাড়ি থেকে মাঠে গেলে সেখানেই তাঁর স্বামী, ভাসুর ও এক নিকট আত্মীয় মিলে গলা টিপে তাঁকে খুন করে। এরপর তিনজনে মিলে মৃতদেহটিকে পুকুরের মধ্যে ফেলে দেয়। পুলিশি জেরায় ধৃতরা তাদের অপরাধ স্বীকার করে নেয়। এদিন শুক্রবার সকালে ধৃতদের নিয়ে কালিয়াগঞ্জ থানার আইসি শ্রীমন্ত বন্ধোপাধ্যায়ের নেতৃতে বিশাল পুলিশ বাহিনী ঘটনাস্থলে যায়। ধৃতরা কিভাবে খুনের মতো নৃশংস ঘটনা ঘটিয়েছিল তা একটি গৃহবধুর আদলে তৈরী পুতুলের সাহায্যে অভিনয় করে দেখায়। অপরাধের পূর্ণাঙ্গ ঘটনা অপরাধীদের দ্বারা অভিনয়ের সময় তা ক্যামেরাবন্দি করে পুলিশ।
কালিয়াগঞ্জ থানার আইসি শ্রীমন্ত বন্ধোপাধ্যায় বলেন, গৃহবধু খুনের তদন্ত করে আমরা জানতে পারি গৃহবধুর স্বামী ও ভাসুর প্রত্যক্ষ ভাবে এই ঘটনার সঙ্গে জড়িত। তিন জনকে আমরা গ্রেপ্তার করেছি। তারা তাদের অপরাধ স্বীকার করেছে। এদিন শুক্রবার সকালে তাদের রায়গঞ্জ জেলা আদালতে পাঠানো হয়েছে।
