মুর্শিদাবাদ– রঘুনাথগঞ্জ থেকে উদ্ধার হল প্রায় ৫০০ বোতল ফেনসিডিল (নিষিদ্ধ কাশির সিরাপ)। বৃহস্পতিবার রাত্রে মুর্শিদাবাদের রঘুনাথগঞ্জ থানার সেকেন্দ্রা বোলতলা ঘাট থেকে পুলিস গোপন সুত্রে খবর পেয়ে প্রায় ৫০০ বোতল ফেনসিডিল (নিষিদ্ধ কাশির সিরাপ) উদ্ধার করে পুলিশ।পুলিস সুত্রে জানা গিয়েছে গত মে মাসে ধৃত রাজকুমার ঘোষ তার নিজের দাদাকে সম্পত্তি বিবাদের জেরে গুলি করে খুন করে। এছাড়াও এলাকায় কুখ্যাত সমাজ বিরোধী বলে পরিচিত ছিল ওই ব্যাক্তি। এই ঘটনায় গ্রেপ্তার করা হয়েছে রাজকুমার ঘোষ ওরফে (ফোজু ঘোষ) নামে এক জনকে। বৃহস্পতিবার ফেনসিডিল গুলি বাংলাদেশে পাচারের উদ্যেশে নিয়ে যাওয়া হচ্ছিল বলে তাদের প্রাথমিক অনুমান। ধৃত ব্যক্তির বাড়ি সেকেন্দ্রার হাটপাড়া এলাকায় বলে জানা গেছে। রাজকুমার ঘোষকে শুক্রবার বহরমপুর জেলা জজ আদালতে তোলা হয়েছে এবং পুলিস তাকে ৩দিনের পুলিসি হেফাজতে নেওয়ার আবেদন জানিয়েছে।
