পশ্চিম মেদিনীপুর :- উৎসর্গের ডেঙ্গু সচেতনতা অভিযান ও জল বাঁচাও কর্মসূচী পালিত হল আজ। সমাজসেবী সংগঠন ” উৎসর্গ মেদিনীপুর ” এর উদ্যোগে পশ্চিম মেদিনীপুর জেলার দাঁতনের বড়া পূর্ব প্রাথমিক বিদ্যালয়ের ব্যবস্থাপনায় ডেঙ্গু সচেনতা অভিযান ও জল বাঁচাও কর্মসূচি ‘ নির্মল বিদ্যালয় সপ্তাহের মাধ্যমে পালিত হল বিদ্যালয়ের কঁচিকাঁচা পড়ুয়াদের নিয়ে।
কঁচিকাঁচা পড়ুয়ারা পায়ে পায়ে পদযাত্রা করে গান গেয়ে, স্লোগান দিয়ে এলাকায় বড়োদের জানিয়ে দেয় জল অপচয় নয়, সঞ্চয় করুন। পাশাপাশি ডেঙ্গু নিয়েও সচেতনার বার্তা দেন বড়োদের।
এদিনের এই কর্মসূচী তে উপস্থিত ছিলেন বড়া প্রাথমিক বিদ্যালয়ের প্রধান শিক্ষক শ্রী মলয় ঘোষ এবং সহকারী শিক্ষক শিক্ষিকা মন্ডলীরা এবং উৎসর্গ মেদিনীপুরের পক্ষ থেকে সম্পাদক সমীর প্রধান এবং সদস্য চন্দন মাইতি প্রমুখ।
কর্মসূচী শেষে প্রধান শিক্ষক মলয় ঘোষ এই উদ্যোগ কে সাধুবাদ জানিয়ে বলেন, “এই ধরনের কর্মসূচী প্রতিটি বিদ্যালয়ে করা উচিত”। আয়োজক উৎসর্গ মেদিনীপুরের সভাপতি সূর্যকান্ত জানা জানিয়েছেন, ” ভবিষ্যতে উৎসর্গ মেদিনীপুরের পক্ষ থেকে প্রতিটি এলাকায় এরকম সমাজ সচেতনতামূলক কর্মসূচি গ্রহণ করা হবে ৷ এছাড়াও আমরা সবসময় মানুষের পাশে আছি” ৷
